Air Traffic Control Manager-Full time-Perm-Goose Bay

**Position Description & Qualifications**

**Purpose of the Job:**

+ Maintain acceptable level of section proficiency including the administration of an Air Traffic Control Standards and Training Program, and all required ATC records and reports.
+ Accountable to provide organizational leadership through developing, implementing, and managing annual business plans to meet contract requirements for assigned sections.
+ Ensure compliance with all Serco Canada Inc. policies and procedures, including but not limited to Code of Conduct and Ethics, Serco Management System, PDR’s, etc.
+ Help our customer deliver vital services more efficiently, while increasing the satisfaction of the end customers.
