Air Traffic Controller

+ To control and coordinate the movement of the NFTI Air traffic ensuring smooth, safe and efficient flying training.

+ Coordinate with CNS/ ARFF/ ELECTRIC ALS / and other agencies for ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of flying operation.

+ Provide traffic information to all traffic in air and ground and ensure adequate separation/ Prevent collision between aircraft and also to maintain the log of all flights operating at Gondia airport.

+ Monitor serviceability status of various sub-systems and in the event of malfunctioning /degradation / failure of any sub-system reports the same to respective departments as necessary for rectification action on priority.

+ Coordination between NFTI Traffic and other adjacent Air Traffic Control unit .

+ Report any incident / accident to the ARFF and respective departments . Take actions in accordance with contingency plans to deal with aircraft emergency/accident as appro...
