Airbnb Portfolio Manager

We are a fast-growing UK-based serviced accommodation company specialising in high-quality contractor stays across multiple cities.

We currently manage a portfolio of 30+ short-stay properties listed across Airbnb, and direct booking channels, with rapid expansion planned to 100+ units.

We are seeking an experienced Airbnb / short-stay professional based in Cape Town to take ownership of bookings, guest and contractor relationships, and occupancy performance across the portfolio.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone who already works in the serviced accommodation or short-stay industry and understands how to drive bookings, relationships and portfolio growth.

This role offers significant long-term growth as the portfolio scales.

You will initially manage bookings and relationships across 30+ properties, with the opportunity to grow into a senior portfolio or operations role as the business expands toward 100+ units.
