Airbus - Process Engineer for Industrialization & NextGen Aircrafts - Composite Manufacturing

Join our Manufacturing Technologies team to lead the critical industrialization phase of advanced composite components at the Illescas Plant. While we are part of a global R&T network, this specific role is focused on the execution, scale‑up, and operational excellence of new industrialization programs.

You will be responsible for defining, validating, and optimizing manufacturing processes for composite structures. You will bridge the gap between engineering design and shop‑floor reality, ensuring that processes involving Layup (FPM / AFP), Hot Debulking, and Curing are robust, efficient, and meet our rigorous quality standards.
