Aircon Maintenance Technician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible in conducting preventive maintenance checks and repairs of AC indoor & outdoor units and other cooling equipment such as but not limited to portable Iwata AC's, exhaust fans & blowers, AHU, VRF/VRV AC's, DX cooling equipment including water cooing chiller systems etc.

· Can work with less supervision.

· Carry out repair and routine maintenance duties on air conditioning equipment, for hotel or hospital facilities etc.

• Ensures that maintenance related documents are accurate, timely filed and complete for reference and in accordance with the quality management systems and procedures.
• Performs other duties as directed by superiors from time to time.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas and implement 5S.
