About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Aircon Technician to join our team at International Marketing Group (IMG) Insurance Brokers Corp. based in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning units across our various office locations.

What you'll be doing

• Performing regular inspections and servicing of air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with air conditioning systems and implementing the necessary repairs
• Installing new air conditioning units, including both split and window type systems
• Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out and parts replaced
• Providing guidance and support to junior technicians to develop their skills
