Job Title: Senior Aircon Technician

Reports to: Operations Officer

Job Summary

The Senior Aircon Technician is responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. This role requires advanced technical expertise, the ability to supervise junior technicians, and ensuring that all work meets quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• TESDA NC II – RAC Servicing (NC III preferred) or equivalent formal training.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, electrical systems, and AC troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• With valid driver’s license (preferred).
