Aircon Technician

• Graduate of a two-year vocational or technical course preferably in Refrigeration and Airconditioning Servicing (RAC) NCII

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance check regularly for all air conditioning units and system, ventilation system, exhaust system, heaters, and coolers for smooth operation
• Monitors all mechanical equipment, machineries, ducting, piping, and parts of air conditioning units, ventilation system, exhaust system, heaters, and coolers on a daily basis
• Conducts and monitor space temperature reading on a monthly basis
• Installs or replaces air conditioning units, exhaust system, heaters, pipes, ducts, motors, spare parts, and others as required by the management
• Repairs dysfunctional or damaged parts relating to cooling, heating, ventilation, and exhaust systems
