Aircon Technician – Mall Facilities

• Maintain and repair mall air conditioning systems (split-type, package, VRF, chiller)
• Perform daily inspection, cleaning, and preventive maintenance
• Monitor temperature, airflow, and system performance in common areas and tenant spaces
• Troubleshoot and fix AC, electrical, and mechanical issues
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and mall standards
• Coordinate with supervisors and mall management
