Responsibilities
The aircon technician will be involved in the maintenance, repair, and installation of different types of air conditioning systems. Aircon Technician will be involved in performing general maintenance services in households and offices all across Singapore, including washing aircon, diagnosing and rectifying issues in all brands and types of aircon, and installing and dismantling aircon. This role has the following responsibilities:
Dismantle malfunctioning systems and replace worn out or defective parts.
Perform chemical washes and chemical overhauls.
Perform repair and maintenance on malfunctioning air conditioners.
Perform general maintenance services on normally-functioning air conditioners.
Prepare service reports after every completed job.
Keep a record of job schedules.
Pick up and deliver required materials and supplies as and when required.
Communicate with clients with regards to problems in equipment and post-job reports.
