Overview





Serves as an Aircraft Electrician Lead, conducting unit-level maintenance on aircraft electrical, navigational, and avionics components. Performs maintenance on aircraft electrical components according to specific directives outlined in the aircraft Operators Manual, Maintenance Test Flight Manual, aircraft Check List Manual, and customer or specific directives. Diagnoses and rectifies malfunctions in aircraft systems and components, including solid-state and transistorized devices, adhering to relevant technical manuals, directives, and safety procedures. Utilizes common measuring tools, precision measuring tools, and alignment fixtures for tasks. Conducts operational checks on aircraft electrical systems and tests, troubleshoots, and repairs aircraft electrical systems test sets and diagnostic equipment.
