Engine Planner

Responsibilities:

• Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements and sales orders for engine packages
• Develop network/WBS elements and corresponding sales orders in time for engine induction
• Preload spares for engine packaging, including QT Gate 1 & 3, Service Bulletins (SB), Defects, Critical Spares, Dispatch, and Final Inspection Orders
• Review stock levels for engine parts and raise purchase requests in SAP and DSS files
• To follow up with the Purchasing to ensure spares ordered and deliver on time
• Raise manual requisitions when needed and ensure the timely receipt of DSS items
• Prepare engine paperwork (including QT, SB, and Defect eSJC task cards) and ensure all documents are properly printed and stored and accounted for
• To work with Technical Service Engineers and LAEs to prepare for out-house repair parys and engine modules by raising NCPO (No Cost Purchase Order)
