**Description**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform, inspect aircraft maintenance, repairs, and alterations in accordance with FAA regulations and Military Technical Orders
+ Monitor progress, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
+ Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide technical guidance to team members
+ Ensure accurate completion of maintenance records, logbooks, and work orders
+ Maintain compliance with FAA, company, and safety policies
+ Coordinate with management, QA, and parts departments as needed
+ Promote a safe, organized, and professional work environment
+ Assist in aircraft deliveries to ensure on-time departure and serves as the maintenance point of contact, communicating aircraft status, delays, and needs to the Leads and Management
