Aircraft Mechanic III

**Aircraft Mechanic III- Edwards**

Performs inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on assigned aircraft.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to:**

+ Adheres to all Technical Orders, GOPs/SOPs, Air Force Instructions, and any other directives identified by Site Management or the PWS
+ Work with other mechanics and technical representatives to trouble shoot, diagnose and solve unusual and complex maintenance problems.
+ Ability to apply logic and good judgment, understand technical order diagrams and procedures, use test equipment for analysis of airframe, engine, flight control, pneudraulic, fuel, electrical/electronic systems, problems.
+ Plan and schedule aircraft utilization and maintenance activity and coordinates performance with operational customer.
+ Maintain accurate parts inventory.
+ Assign maintenance and repair tasks and monitors/evaluates their completion.
