About the role
Reporting to the Team Lead Aircraft Line Maintenance, you will be a key driver of the Darwin and 1st Aviation Regiment Unit Maintenance Plan (UMP). Your mission is to provide the technical backbone for our maintenance teams, ensuring every scheduled and unscheduled requirement is met with precision.

Associated responsibilities include:
Technical Leadership: Lead maintenance teams to deliver contracted outcomes, focusing on availability and Rate of Effort (ROE) targets.

Planning & Enablement: Maintain the Maintenance Planning Enablement Tool (MPET) and UMP to ensure seamless service delivery.

Regulatory Compliance: Act as a champion for DASR Part and Part M compliance, ensuring all technical airworthiness standards are met.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a critical link between maintenance, support engineering, and the customer to identify requirements and maintain hig...
