• Working hours: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6pm, 8:30am-1pm (Alternate Sat)

Job Scope

• Liaise with customers on shipment instructions and booking updates
• Permit declarations and customs clearance
• Coordinate, booking and tracking of Export shipments
• Handle transportation schedule and operations duties
• Monitor shipment status and update customer and sales team
• Negotiating of airline buying rates
• Liaise with overseas agents on various requirements and rates
• Prepare necessary documents for internal stakeholders to follow up
• Checking of shipments status
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirement

• GCE O Level / Diploma / Degree in Logistics or relevant discipline
