Airfreight Customer Service Executive

5.5 Days (9AM-5:30PM), Sat (9AM- 1PM)
Changi Alps (Transport provided at Tanah Merah & Tampines)

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end airfreight forwarding operations for import and export shipments

• Coordinate bookings, documentation, customs clearance, billing, and shipment closure

• Liaise with customers, airlines, ground handlers, truckers, and customs authorities

• Monitor shipment progress and ensure SLA and regulatory compliance

• Resolve shipment issues, delays, and documentation discrepancies

• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports

Requirements:

• Only Singaporean may apply

• Familiar with CargoWise system
