Airfreight import/export operations Agent

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Airfreight Operations Agent to join our team in Aalsmeer, Netherlands.

As an Airfreight Agent, you will be responsible for managing and operating the shipment life-cycle for your assigned consolidations in the Gateway department. As a key contact and expert, you will ensure that all requests and requirements are met and answered accurately and timely. This position involves the preparation, distribution, and maintenance of all documents for various geographical regions. You will be accountable for executing and overseeing tasks for each shipment, including daily communication, reporting, and email management. Exceptional customer service and operational excellence are central to your role.
