• Monday to Friday (Day or Afternoon Shift)

About the Role

We are partnering with a growing logistics service provider seeking an experienced Airfreight Operations Executive to support both import and export operations. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced cargo environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end airfreight operations (import and export shipments)
• Prepare and process shipping documentation (e.g. HAWB, MAWB, invoices, packing lists, permits)
• Coordinate with airlines, co-loaders, overseas agents, and transport partners for shipment execution
