**職務内容:**

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Support the supervisor in developing and enhancing airfreight forwarding products in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Marketing.
+ Assist in planning and coordinating daily shipment movements in line with operational requirements and customer needs.
+ Negotiate with airline or vendor for charges incurred and follow margin guideline to propose sell rate.
+ Verify accuracy of airline billing and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in airfreight operations, providing advisory support and contributing to business tenders, including those related to customs and trade compliance.
