About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Airline Account Handler to join our dynamic team at Bluebean, Incorporated. This is a full-time, all-virtual position based in Kapitolyo Pasig City Metro Manila, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued airline clients.

What you'll be doing

• Handling inbound calls and queries from airline customers, providing efficient and effective resolutions
• Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and requests across various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our customer service system
• Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
• Actively participating in team meetings and collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve our customer service processes
