Plan, monitor and control maintenance activities of aircraft under CAE Management in real-time.
Manage Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations and expedite repairs.
Liaise with OEM on technical issues.
Act as a point of contact between maintenance and flight crews, CAMO, MRO/Part-145, Flight Ops, Logistics, ensuring effective communication between the parts.
