Air Canada, recently named Best Airline in North America, invites experienced professionals to join our Airport Operations Manager team. The role focuses on leading day‑of operations, ensuring efficient and safe activity while fostering a supportive environment for our unionized team.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex day‑to‑day airport operations activities with care and professionalism in assigned areas (check‑in counters, boarding gates, baggage hall, ramp, Station Operations Coordination Centre (SOCC), and planning) to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Support Air Canada customers and ensure operational requirements are met by working with local external agencies (CATSA, USCBP, CBSA), ground service providers, other airlines, airport suppliers, and Transport Canada.
• Ensure daily compliance with safety protocols and SOPs, fostering a culture of “Safety First, Always.”
