Airport Transfer Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Supervision

• Supervise G1 Departure and C1 Arrival operations to ensure smooth, timely, and professional execution.
• Monitor vehicle cleanliness, readiness, and movement across shifts.
• Conduct and ensure completion of 360° vehicle checklists.
• Arrange vehicle washing and charging schedules as needed.
• Keep vehicle battery levels updated and ensure sufficient vehicles are operational at all times.
• Report any vehicle faults to Mercedes-Benz management and MAG promptly.

Manpower Management

• Ensure adequate manpower coverage per shift as per MAG guidelines:
• Midnight shift: Minimum 3 drivers
• AM shift: Minimum 5 drivers
• PM shift: Minimum 5 drivers
• Provide support as a backup driver/usher during manpower shortages.
• Monitor attendance daily and update vehicle status in the management group.
