Design and operationalize structured frameworks to measure the financial and strategic impact of Al initiatives, incorporating both quantitative metrics (e.g., cost savings) and qualitative benefits (e.g., customer satisfaction)
Perform detailed financial evaluations of Al initiatives, including total cost of ownership (TCO), break-even timelines, and sensitivity analysis to guide investment decisions
Establish key performance indicators (e.g., accuracy rates, process efficiency gains) tailored to each Al initiative and implement dashboards for real-time tracking
