Alabang Call Center Representative

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions professionally
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of all communications
• Meet performance targets and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• With BPO experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
• High school graduate or higher
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang
• Open to shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
