POSITION: Parking Services Attendant

This position follows all provisions of the SMART/UTU collective bargaining agreement.
REPORTS TO: Parking Manager

LOCATION: ALB

AIRPORT: Albany International Airport
SUMMARY

This position is an ambassador of the Company and professional, ethical conduct is always critical. Responsible for the timely and efficient monitoring of the Parking Control System and responding to all Customer Parking problem issues. In addition, Customer service and Cash handling duties will be required. Shift work, including weekends and holidays is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
+ Meet and greet Airport patrons and provide directions or other assistance, as requested, while always presenting a friendly, helpful image of the Airport. Participation in customer feedback programs including administering surveys to the traveling public.<...
