Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and develop the maintenance D&IDSP performance.

• Monitor and achieve all upgraded targets in his business unit.

• Provide technical documents to D&IDSP in his business unit to enhance their service level and technical knowledge.

• Operate service operations by executing sector strategies through developing objectives and plans as well as monitoring plans' implementation.

• Record and analyze issues through communicating with his maintenance team and quality teams and formulating issue investigation reports, then communicate recorded issues with all stakeholders to determine the root causes and develop suitable corrective actions.
