The Associate Director, Data Steward plays a central role in maximizing the value of organizational data and establishing a highly reliable data utilization environment. This position will closely collaborate with the ADO (Alexion Data Office), taking the lead in designing and implementing quality management, standardization, and governance frameworks for diverse data assets both within and outside the organization. Under the enterprise data strategy driven by the ADO, you will contribute to building scalable data foundations to accelerate rapid insight generation and data-driven decision making.

Additionally, you will lead the application and operation of governance structures in compliance with global standards set by AstraZeneca, while also ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and maintaining license to operate (LTO).
