This position is a term assignment for a continuing employee, requiring a leave of absence from their current position. The assignment will be from 25/05/2026 to 31/03/2027.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Algonquin Community Liaison Officer will build and sustain respectful, reciprocal relationships between Carleton University, the surrounding Algonquin communities and other Indigenous communities within the area. The role will advance reconciliation through the implementation of Carleton-specific Calls to Action and support the recruitment, retention, and success of Indigenous students.
