Job Purpose

Allianz Apprenticeship programme is a 12‑month programme. Its objective is to attract, develop and retain talented individuals who will become future leaders in the company. The programme commences in mid‑April 2026. Business functions: Enterprise Architecture – Data and AI.

What You Do

• Assist the Regional Data and AI Lead to drive delivery of Regional Agentic AI use‑cases across Insurance Policy Servicing, Onboarding and Claims functions.
• Ensure Responsible AI governance processes are followed.
• Work with entities to document business rules and requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and delivery partners to keep progress on track.
• Attend meetings, record and follow up on action items.
