Allied Health Manager – Permanent Full Time
The Hills Private Hospital is seeking a permanent full time, Monday to Friday, Allied Health Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience managing in a clinical setting.
The Hills Private Hospital is a refurbished private hospital with 86 inpatient rehabilitation beds, 25 inpatient mental health beds and Day Rehabilitation Services. We currently offer orthopaedic, neurological, reconditioning and amputee rehabilitation programs & group based mental health services.
Primary responsibilities of this position are:
·Providing leadership and direction to the Allied Health Team that compliments the strategic direction, daily operational processes, budget and business direction of the hospital /facility
·Participating in the marketing initiatives of the hospital/facility to promote admissions and be an active member of the leadership and management team.
