Job Description
Become an integral part of sales with the Bilingual Allocations Coordinator position at Arc'teryx in North Vancouver. This hybrid role focuses on ensuring product is allocated efficiently across various locations.
Reporting to the Allocations Lead, you will manage order processes, collaborate with territory managers, and support the guest experience through timely communication. You will also mentor new team members and continuously seek improvements in allocation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn order management processes across customer groups
• Monitor and report on order delivery risks
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment according to needs
• Facilitate communication among sales and operational teams
• Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
• Over 3 years in Customer Service or Allocations
