Allotment Co-ordinator/Skilled Gardener

The role of the Allotment Co-ordinator/ Skilled Gardner will be undertaken by a single member of the LM Contractors team working core hours Monday to Friday between 07:00hrs – 15:30hrs all year round. The postholder will be required to spend 50% of their time supporting general HRT duties across key horticultural areas of the park and the other 50% of their time lead gardening at the allotment which will include supporting a small team of TRP volunteers. All works the postholder undertakes will be directed by TRP’s Head Gardener but will be managed by the HRT Chargehand. TRP’s Volunteer Manager and Assistant Park Manager will support work related to allotment volunteers. For some weeks in the year the actual split of time spent for each specific duty may shift a little but the balance over time must equate to the 50% split described.
