**Smokehouse Operator**

Shift: 1st Shift (6AM-2:30PM)

**Position Summary:**

The Smokehouse Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production equipment to ensure products meet quality, food safety, and production standards. This role includes monitoring processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Operate production equipment according to established procedures and specifications.
