Alpha Client and Product Solutions Managing Director

The State Street Alpha team is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Lead to drive solutions for our clients across all aspects of our Alpha Front to Back platform. Applicants should have a proven track record of understanding and aligning client requirements with enterprise solutions by collaborating with stakeholders including global business architects and product owners to identify business solutions that meet client and product outcomes. This role will be engaged from the start of any new client/prospect interaction, driving solutions and operating model design through the sales process, supporting the implementation to ensure the solution delivered is in line with expectations, and supporting the ongoing client relationship to ensure the client receives maximum value from the Alpha platform.
