AltaGas - Operations Superintendent (RIPET)
Reporting to the Manager, Operations, theOperations Superintendentwill coordinate the efforts of the RIPET operations team to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operations at both facilities. This position is part of the Facility Leadership Team and actively participates in risk management activities to align priorities with operational tasks. The role is based at Ridley Island, BCwithoccasional travel required to Calgary, AB
This position offers company-sponsored relocation to Prince Rupert.
What You'll Do
Provide supervision and leadership to all Operations staff, including hiring and developing personnel, conducting performance monitoring and reviews, managing STI bonus program recommendations, and providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
Monitor operations KPIs and report facility performance to senior leadership.
