Alumni Relations Associate

Position Overview:
The Alumni Relations Associate is responsible for enhancing engagement with alumni by managing alumni events, database management and alumni services. This role plays a key part in fostering a strong alumni network and ensuring effective communication between alumni and the University.
Key Responsibilities:
Alumni Communication:
Write and edit content for the Alumni Annual Magazine.
Work closely with the Alumni Relations Specialist to curate the magazine.
Write and edit content for the alumni website and LUMS website.
Communicate with alumni through email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Develop web content for LUMS Commons and LUMS Connect.
Collaborate with Marketing and Development teams for event and news coverage
Alumni Events, Reunions & Associations:
Assist in establishing new alumni associations.
Coordinate with school associations for event planning and logistics.
