How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Plan, control and perform all activities related to Service / Product Delivery and Technical Operations according to customer engagements in order to maintain operational integrity and product performance.Main Accountabilities
Ensure service performance as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Monitor and manage performance KPIs for the service/product in close collaboration with Customer Service.
Manage planning for changes and identify risks in order to maintain operational integrity and product performance.
Change management, assist in diagnosing and resolving incidents.
Ensure continuous improvement in collaboration with services/products managers.
