Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place is looking for a motivated and dependable AM Back of House (BOH) Shift Lead to join our leadership team! As a Shift Lead, you will play a key role in creating a positive work environment, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring that our team delivers quality food with speed, accuracy, and care.

Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour

Shift Availability: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (must have full availability for this shift)

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Model and maintain Chick-fil-A’s high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Support and coach team members to maximize performance and teamwork
