Breakdown sheet
Why-why analysis
Daily MIS preparation.
Ensure availability of Spares & consumables to avoid production loss.
Spare part planning & requisition as per budget.
Monitoring of consumable stock & ensuring the availability.
Promote innovation and implement the kaizen.
Idea Generation and its implementation
Planning & execution of Imp Projects as identified from department MPCP sheet.
Shop floor management through skill up-gradation to improve overall effectiveness.
