AM R&D - Packaging

Position Name - AM R&D- Packaging A packaging development role for home care products ( surface cleaners, air fresheners, aerosols etc) focuses on designing functional, sustainable, and cost-effective packaging that ensure product keeping quality, aesthetics, consumer communication etc Core Responsibilities Design & Innovation : Lead end-to-end packaging projects for new product l (NPD) and existing product development EPD). This includes developing rigid plastics (bottles, jars, tins), flexible packaging (pouches, refills) (mono cartons/Labels) corrugated carton board. Participate in discussions with marketing for finalizing NPD brief (Formulations and Related activities) from Design stage to implementation. Should have knowledge of the latest materials being used and the tests to be conducted. Knowledge and information on external Packaging material testing labs.
