What You Will Do?

As Assistant Manager - Site HSSW Assurance, you will be responsible oversite of Site Engineer and Contractors activities to ensure that they are aligned with DP World requirements for construction and are abiding by their contract conditions.

• Ensure contractors and consultants implement and maintain HS&W plans, including Construction Health & Safety and Environmental Management Plans.
• Review submitted HS&W plans, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Monitor and audit HS&W performance through daily and weekly site inspections.
• Support monthly project reporting and ensure timely HS&W performance updates.
• Conduct and document weekly HS&W meetings with project stakeholders.
• Review incident investigations and ensure corrective actions prevent reoccurrence.
