We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Amazon Bookkeeper to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our Amazon-based business. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in e-commerce bookkeeping, Amazon financial reporting, and QuickBooks reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping tasks for Amazon accounts
• Reconcile Amazon transactions using ConnectBooks and QuickBooks
• Manage Accounts Payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Assist with payroll processing and related reporting
• Track Amazon fees, settlements, refunds, and reimbursements
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries as needed
• Work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and financial issues
