Role: Amazon Case Specialist (Brand Control Analyst)
Location: Remote
Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST

The Brand Control Analyst is responsible for monitoring and protecting brand partners' presence on Amazon by identifying and resolving pricing and Buy Box issues, conducting competitive pricing research, coordinating directly with Amazon Seller Central support, and assisting Brand Control Directors with investigating unauthorized storefronts. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and hands-on experience navigating Amazon Seller Central accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor, investigate, and address suppressed Buy Boxes on Amazon on behalf of brand partners.
• Research pricing for relevant products across Amazon and external e-commerce platforms.
