Amazon Connect Engineer: Implementations & Integrations

Daythree is looking for an Amazon Connect Engineer in Shah Alam, Malaysia. This role involves supporting the deployment and ongoing enhancement of Amazon Connect solutions and working closely with project teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of relevant experience, hands-on skills with Amazon Connect, and knowledge of AWS services. Responsibilities include configuring contact flows, developing integrations, and providing technical support.
