The Amazon Flex program uses independent drivers- called delivery partners -to deliver to our customers. Through the Amazon Flex app, drivers sign up for the program, schedule pickup times, are guided during routes with the navigation system, and more.

As the Amazon Flex Program Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and initiatives aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of the deliveries carried out by the program. To achieve your goals, you'll work with diverse areas of the organization, including technology, operations, and marketing. A successful program manager will work to enhance the experience of hundreds of drivers, both within operations and when carrying out delivery routes, through data analysis, identifying obstacles and problem spots, and implementing effective and well-defined standards.
