Amazon Listings Team Manager

We’re hiring a manager to run day‑to‑day operations for our Amazon listings team (35 people across three levels). Level 1 creates new listings (8 writers, 2 designers, 1 proof checker, 1 uploader). Levels 2 and 3 optimize existing listings (copy, images, A+ content, and video). This person will keep work flowing smoothly, maintain quality standards, and own catalog compliance and issue resolution with Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and assign work across Levels 1–3 with clear weekly targets.
• Track and report performance metrics (throughput, accuracy, acceptance rate, rework).
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach team members; provide feedback and performance management.
• Own catalog quality standards: titles, bullets, backend fields, images, A+, variations, and related assets.
• Manage Amazon casework and compliance needs (item details, suppressions, policy issues) until resolved.
