Daily operations

• Operational and strategic management of the 1P and 3P (FBM+FBA) Amazon business in an international context
• Support for smooth order processing in collaboration with relevant interfaces
• Monitoring KPIs and SLAs to improve account performance and quality, e.g. PCOGS, confirmation rates, forecasts, net PPM, ROAS or ODRs
