Role overview

We are a multi-channel consumer packaged goods ecommerce brand with Amazon as our primary revenue driver. We are hiring an Amazon Marketplace Operations VA to own day-to-day Amazon execution, protect revenue, and continuously improve listing performance.

This role is part-time to start and is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating inside Amazon Seller Central, enjoys improving systems, and knows how to use data and tools to make listings perform better over time.

What you'll own day one

Amazon operations

• Day-to-day management of Amazon Seller Central
• Listing maintenance, variation management, and SKU hygiene
• Case management and follow-through (inventory issues, listing issues, reimbursements)
• Inbound shipment support and inventory coordination

Listing optimization and performance

• Use Helium 10 to improve keyword coverage and search visibility
